Before driving, it is necessary to carefully check whether the mechanical equipment and all screws are normal.
During the inspection process, personnel should stand in a safe position and are prohibited from inserting any part of their body into the scraper or box.
During operation, carefully check the operation of the chain plate, the tightness of the chain, and whether the chain is properly engaged with the head wheel.
The first round of cleaning debris or accumulated goods in the box must be powered off.
If chain breakage or excessive cargo is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, and personnel should stand on both sides of the machine for handling. It is strictly prohibited to handle faults during operation.
